We understand that event plans and dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rescheduling

Event shoots can be rescheduled without penalty if informed at least 15 days prior to the shoot date, subject to studio team availability.

Cancellation Refund

Advance booking deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled shoot date as equipment and crew dates are reserved exclusively for your event.
